Filled with luxury linens and a stocked kitchen, you will be tempted to never leave. Located in the Grand traverse Commons in a new development. Enjoy the privacy of two patios while listing to the sounds of Assylum Creek and nature right out the back door. Come relax, enjoy and indulge.

This private, 2 story, 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo is luxury at its finest. Located in the Grand Traverse Commons, you will be able to walk to an enjoy, eateries, boutique shops, hiking trails, coffee and local spirits... and more! **Both bedrooms are located on the second level and you will need to take stairs to access them.

Condo was absolutely perfect. Great location near shops, delicious restaurants, brewery’s and wine tasting rooms. We hated to leave! Stella’s, Spanglish and Sugar2Salt were great places to eat - just steps away. Walking trails in the woods were a big BONUS. The condo couldn’t have been any better. Beth was a great host too. Can’t wait to come back.

Unique and comfortable

Very clean and well-kept. Felt very "homey." We would actually love to come back and explore the commons a bit more. Great restaurants and hiking all within walking distance. The host did a wonderful job preparing this property for a nice stay.

Cool place in a cool location

Modern, well-appointed condo that seemed brand-spankin' new. Just a few steps from a brewery and a few more steps to restaurants and shopping. We'll stay there again the next time we're in TC without thinking twice!
