「This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. 「The area is completely in construction-renovation stage and till today i cannot understand how they can accept guests in such condition... When booking it was said outdoor swimming pool, breakfast, etc, however nothing was working or ready yet. Could not stay longer there and left the hotel after 1night. Not recommended - at least before they can complete the renovation, which doesn't seem to be quick...」

「Check-in was terrible. They forgot to send the instructions via WhatsApp, and my friends weren’t sure if it was a scam or not. They ended up walking around for an hour without internet. Eventually, they were able to contact the host with help from someone who had a nearby store, and she called the host for them. It was really frustrating for my friends.」
