belle location avec mobiliers anciens

un peu surpris en arrivant par le style de la maison mais maison très bien seul bémol le peu de suivi de l'agence qui s'occupe de l 'appartement couettes et oreiller sales que le propriétaire m'a changé le jour même (respect) et le jour du départ aucun contrôle de la propreté de la maison par l'agence, ayant fait le nettoyage comme si c'était chez moi j'espère qu' il ne prendrons pas ma caution car la maison est plus propre qu'a mon arrivée

Jolie petite maison dans un hameau typique breton

Vue de l'extérieur cette jolie petite maison a tout pour plaire avec ses jardinets fleuris. Mais, à l'intérieur horrible odeur de tabac froid et urine, résistante aux fenêtres ouvertes de 15h à 20h ! Sinon bon équipement de la cuisine, par contre les meubles ont beaucoup vieilli (armoire sans porte dans une des chambres, meuble sous-vasque dans la SdE qui s'effrite, canapé archaïque nous offrant de nombreux ressorts à l'assise) bref quelques points sont à améliorer. Literie correcte. Annexe comportant table et chaises de jardin, bbq, vélos, bref tout est bien pour l'extérieur, mais on s'étonne de si peu de qualité dans les meubles. Attention, pas de détecteur de fumée, alors que c'est obligatoire.
