Now to the negative things: Since the house is offered for up to 7 people, we assumed that it was adequately equipped when it came to sanitary facilities. "We enjoyed our stay in the Douarnenez area and the hotel provided a pleasant base to enjoy it from. Breakfast was good and the evening meal very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful . The accommodation in the annex was clean, comfortable and quiet. The condition of the building that your hardworking staff was housed in, shocked us as it looked dilapidated. This also impacts on guests such as ourselves, whose rooms looked onto it from the annex. Quite a difference from the views from the main building."

"We loved the beeroom with the mezzanine level. It felt like we werent sharing with the kids and they loved being up there. The room however was extremely hot as there was no air conditioning. Parking was plenty and we were allowed to park there before check in. It was about a 25min walk into the centre which was very good. Would recommend this as a place to stay for an onward journey"

"I particularly liked the staff who were all very friendly. There was one in particular who was a model employee but I have forgotten his name. He did everything. Worked at the front desk, bar, kitchen, and he was very fast. He transferred our heavy suitcases with a smile and no fuss. His employer should be very proud of him. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and by the water."
