「Jolanda was very helpful and welcoming. She recommended some great restaurants. She also made a lovely breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable, as was the reception area. Communication was great — we had all the door codes before we arrived. The location is perfect for Mt Etna experiences. Great stay, highly recommended.」

「Great staff. Clean. Only problem was the Resturant: the food was not good. They should explore a new option regarding the executive chef. Other than that we loved the hotel.」

「Strange set up in a less than convenient location. Our room was in a building across a courtyard from the small hotel building, possibly a converted garage. Some of the amenities listed such as fitness center and pool were at an additional charge. Not a horrible place, but not at all what I thought we were getting.」

「Nice hotel. Room was large and comfortable bed, but a bit dated. We got there a bit late 945pm, and the kitchen was closed with no room service available. They helped us order pizza delivery for dinner The in door pool was great, as was the spa. Nice outdoor pools as well but not heated. Breakfast was good」
