「Excellent staff and cleanliness. Tasty and huge portioned breakfast. Just need better water temperature control in the shower as water gets either too hot or too cold without changing the shower knob position.」

「Pleasant staff. Adequate breakfast.」

「Convenient especially if it's for a big family/group, close to the stores and a few minutes walk to mines view park. Almost everything was provided except for personal hygiene, but conveniently there are stores around the area and even within the bldg, and there's also a 711 just a few minutes walk. The staffs are very respectful as well, highly recommended.」

「We didn't expect that the toiletries will just be in sachet forms. For the price of the hotel at least they should be in little containers.」

「Staff is friendly, place is roomy. View is good. Only thing is the place is tight to drive.」

「Everyone is so great and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing that bothers me is the floor is not level and squeaky. Also the bathroom sink was clogged. We stayed for 2 nights and we had Natalia room.」

「Clean room and spacious」

「Far from downtown 」

「The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. 」

「No free toiletre, not in the mid segment.」

「Needs music in lobby and dining areas」

「Staff are all excellent 」

「The hotel is not bad. The room my fiance and I got wasn't terrible. It was clean, no need for aircon, the fan kept our room cool. It would've been great if our room had internet, be advised, NO INTERNET IN ALL ROOMS. For the price we should at least have wifi, no one wants to sit in a hallway or lobby just to connect to wifi. I will say the place feels ancient. Like the 2nd floor outside area geels ligeless. The hround floor lobby was not too bad but the rest of the building felt like it was...

「Family friendly. I’ll definitely come back again.」
