“We stayed here as a party of 6 adults and 3 children. Everything was exceptional! From the moment we arrived we felt an immediate level of relaxation and calm. The property is immaculately clean and very well furnished. Bedrooms are comfortable and beds are of a high quality. The grounds are well maintained and manicured.We spent 3 nights/4 days relaxing by the pool, playing table tennis and exploring the surroundings. We opted for the private chef on one of the evenings as a birthday……

“Casa Wales was everything we were hoping for and more. Beautiful, well equipped house, lovely pool area and gardens with lots a space for family games or a quiet spot to sunbathe or read in the shade. Nearby Sarnano became a family favourite outing for our evening aperitivi and gelati, and an early morning cycle ride from there to Sassotetto in the mountains were some of the highlights. “Stayed as part of a large group for a en celebration. The house was as described and shown. The surroundings were stunning and very peaceful. Diana was helpful and always responded to questions. “Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. ”

“This beautiful property, set in the stunning hills of Le Marche offers space, peacefulness & a taste of true rural Italy. The owners are incredible hosts and a font of knowledge of both their property and the local areas and offer much suggestions of places to visit and eateries all absolutely accurate and of a high standard. The property consists of multiple bedrooms and could hold a family as well as older adult groups touring this region of Italy. There is much space at the villa and the pool……

“Der Aufenthalt im Bauernhaus war traumhaft schön. Um das Haus herum gibt es viele schöne Orte zum entspannen. Das Pool ist sehr groß und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Straße zum Haus hinauf ist zu Beginn eine kleine Herausforderung, aber mit ein bisschen Übung hat es gut geklappt.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen!:)”
