The hotel is fairly clean, but overall it feels very old. The bathroom especially needs renovation — the sink gets clogged, and the toilet is placed right in front of the bidet so you bump your knees. The shower is also outdated. Wi-Fi is available only at the reception, not in the rooms, which is very inconvenient. The rooms themselves are decent in size, but the mattresses are terrible and really uncomfortable. We wouldn’t stay here a second time.

Our stay was excellent. The rooms are very big and spacious. They have mini fridge. Room amenities are provided. Daily cleaning is done. The Staff are very helpful. The breakfast is nice. The only drawback is the shower in our room was so tiny that there was hardly any space to move hands. It would be difficult for a huge person to get in and have bath comfortably. I myself kept banging my arms. I would say if they would have planned the room perfectly there was enough space for bath . For this I would say one star less or I would have given it 5 start rating. I stayed with my family and stay was excellent. May be other rooms have bigger bath or shower area. Don’t know.

Struttura dotata di un suo fascino dal sapore antico, ubicata nella zona centrale dell’isola, collegata al porto tramite una comoda navetta. Camere spaziosissime, silenziose, pulite con letti comodi. I punti di forza sono sicuramente la meravigliosa terrazza panoramica utilizzata per la colazione, la vicinanza a cala Matano. Il massimo dei voti lo merita il personale: tutti estremamente accoglienti, gentili, sorridenti e disponibili. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das überaus freundliche Personal ist zu erwähnen. Es war sauber und hat sehr grosse Zimmer. Wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche stellt ist man hier richtig. Was mich enttäuscht hat, in der Beschreibung steht Balkon. Es gibt aber nur einen französischen Balkon, man kann also nicht draussen sitzen.

Ho dato solo un voto generale per il modo in cui la struttura si è comportata visto che non abbiamo potuto soggiornare presso la stessa in quanto la società di trasporti non ha fatto partire il traghetto per raggiungere l'isola quel giorno. Penso che in questo caso le colpe non siano da attribuire nè a noi nè alla struttura visto che la decisione è stata presa da terzi. Detto questo, penso anche che se decidi di avere una struttura su un'isola, devi preventivare che la gente può avere necessità di cancellare la prenotazione all'ultimo se è impossibilitata a raggiungere l'isola. Penso anche che con la camera prenotata per noi per una sola notte, non abbiano perso alcun cliente visto che nessuno poteva arrivare sull'isola se i traghetti non partivano.
