"I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and the experience was excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the overall cleanliness of the property to the comfort of the room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of options, and the dining area was always spotless and well maintained. My sister accidentally left some clothing in the room, and the staff proactively contacted us to let us know that personal belongings had been left behind. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel 100%. Without a doubt, it will be my first choice whenever I return to Lebanon to visit my family. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"When I stayed at Jonestown Inn, I was in a recently renovated room. It was spectacularly clean from floor to ceiling - including but not limited to the walls and the bed and the pillows and sheets thereon. The shower faucet had a bit of a wonky knob, but it worked regardless. I would like to emphasize my review about the staff. All staffers were professional and friendly. For example, Katie, a young professionally dressed front desk concierge, was gregarious and quick when attending to my check-in and a peculiar billing issue (a previous cancellation was painlessly and quickly resolved thanks to Katie and her management team.) Furthermore, housekeeping staff were numerous, professional, and diligent. Suffice it to say that I was impressed with the accomodations and staff at the affordable and charming Jonestown Inn."
