「This cabin was even better than the pictures. The mowed hiking trails were stunningly beautiful and they took the time to make a map of them including mileage. Its helpful that they are all loops so you don't get lost. There were deer all around. The beds and loveseat are comfy. We only found 1 blanket (besides the bedding)so bring blankets if you like naps and snuggling. The place needs an outdoor table and also a nightstand. Nice dry firewood is provided along with outdoor candles. Very nice!...

「Loved the large screened porch and private yard! Inside the cabin was clean and comfortable. It is the only place on the last hundred yards or so of a dead end road. A short walk from the Mississippi River and a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to a beautiful State Park with great hiking. If you are a light sleeper the trains might be an issue but we thought it was cool to have those distant train whistles.」

「We wanted a pet friendly "home away from home" and we certainly found it. The cottage is very nicely appointed inside and has pretty much everything you could want! We only used the master bed and although it is quite a soft mattress it is very comfortable and great pillows (which we never find!)
