"Great staff so friendly we came in late so didn't use much more than room & breakfast. But seeing a smiling face when you are road weary.. nothing better than that. All with value too. Ill always rebook."

"We have stayed at this property back when it was Holiday Inn. In general the property was run down and not maintained. The common areas were not clean and damages to walls, trim, etc. were in every hallway we were in. The room was pretty good with the exception of the bathroom. There were stains around the toilet from an obvious leak. All of the floor tiles were loose. The tub faucet was not attached properly to the wall and the spout was not even against the wall. With that said the location to downtown is excellent and it was probably a fair value compared to the Hampton/Hilton up the street. Oh, and my car had been damaged overnight in the property's parking lot out front."

"Upon alerting the front desk of a critter in the duct work running back and forth, nothing was done. Per instructions left in the room, the following day we asked the front desk to have housekeeping service our room, they did not. Upon entering the room for the first time, it smelled. I know where NOT to stay next visit to La Crosse, as it was less than "Grand""

"Our bedroom had not been cleaned very well. There were small paper pieces behind the night stand and a pair of glasses on the floor. The tub drain was plugged so when we showered the tub filled. The staff was kind but it doesn’t seem like the room had been prepped properly. Our stay was short so we didn’t mention this until we were on our way out."
