“The temperature in the house upon arrival was 14 C. We had to turn the heat up and leave until it warmed up some. Clearly nobody had visited or cleaned the cottage in awhile. Both bathrooms were dirty, the bathtub had mouse poop in it. There was no water to flush the toilet or that came out of the taps in the bathroom with the tub. “We had a large group of friends and families (15 adults) staying here for the new years. The main upstairs area was very spacious and comfortable and we spent the majority of time there. There was lots of additional space in the basement but didn't end up using it. The pool table in the basement was not functional (missing felt, bumpers were not secured and it was not level) so that was unfortunate as a good portion of its enjoy playing pool and that was a selling feature.
