Great surf spot. Must get here at 6am to park off of the freeway within walking distance. Surfers can be territorial, so just be courteous. Steady flow of decent waves so all but first timers can do really well here.

The staff was amazing and lobby was also amazing! For the price we paid it was a lot nicer than most hotels at comparable pricing we have stayed at previously in other big cities. It was 65$ additional to bring our cat but they hooked it up with a small bottle of wine so no Complaints here. All other hotels say they only welcome dogs when booking.

Hotel and staff were excellent. My first only complaint is about the shower. It’s an over the tub version with a shower curtain. A hotel of this caliber should have walk-in showers. The shower head was fixed and not adjustable, which made it impossible to stay out of the way when it turned on…and sprayed everywhere.
