“The staff at this hotel are exceptional, especially Antonino. He dealt with any minor issues immediately and went out of his way to ensure that we had a great stay. The staff in the breakfast room were also lovely and provided a delicious buffet breakfast. The cleaning staff also do a great job; the the rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily. The only issue we had was the damp at the entrance of the Flower house. We were offered a room in another building but decided to stay where we were.”
