「Wow! A beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Quaint with very few rooms and very quiet. Loved the patio for coffee and/or drinks. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially at reception (super helpful with parking & check out). Everyone was so kind! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Highly recommend.」

「The property is perfectly located - one short block from the Grand Canal, about 10 minutes walk from the railway station and about 5 minutes to the harbour front.
Luca, the owner, was very easy to communicate with, mostly via WhatsApp, and met us outside the building to give us the keys and show us around.
We had booked the Taupe room, which has its own bathroom. The Green room’s dedicated bathroom is a short walk across a landing.
Our room was huge, with a separate sitting room both...
