This hotel was understaffed. Our room was not ready until 2 hrs after check-in. The room was clean, but small. The pillows were small and requested 2 additional. The breakfast was sad. Hilary was a very good communicator. The place was picturesque and clean. Once we figured out the heaters we were very comfortable and cozy. It was nice to have plenty of toilet tissue, paper towels, toiletries and dish-wear. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet.
