very clean and housekeeper did excellent job keep the room very clean, centrally located east go around and specially if you take cruise, only few minus easy walk will reach to your port, will definitely stay again.

Everything is within walkable distance, very affordable compared to other options in the area. Quiet and comfortable. The hotel as well as the rooms overall were very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely Recommend for those staying in Trieste!

Location is great, five minute walk to the cruise terminal and a short walk to restaurants, stores, and many of the popular tourist attractions (e.g., gran canale, Piazza dell Unita d’Italia, San Giusto castle, etc). The staff were really friendly, helpful and responsive and the hotel is very well situated. However, the room was very hot even with air con on 24/7 - much hotter than communal parts of the hotel.

Lovely staff, excellent breakfast, comfy room; central location; impossible to access hotel by car and parking facility is very difficult to drive into with average car, probably risky without second person to guide driver in and out; persistent noise from outdoor diners/revellers in narrow street outside. What the hotel controls is first class but external factors affect enjoyment.

This property is excellent for 2 days max. while visitng Trieste. The location has easy access, and the hotel is perfectly balanced. It is not a 5 stars, but don't let that stops you from using their service. They could improve the breakfast display, mostly because you are in Italy and expect a better food, but it is not bad, just simple. Their proximity to bars and restaurants may be a problem about noise at late hours, but again, it is Italy, not the hotel's fault. I will come back again. Their staff made the difference.

Great location for a stay in Trieste. Bed was bit hard for us but I’m sure be fine for others. Clean and tidy hotel and breakfast was very well presented and plentiful. Only thing missing was breakfast Tea.

The staff were friendly and kind. Communication in English was great. The room was clean though pretty small. Good enough for a short stat. The location was perfect, walking distance to many sights and restaurants. If you are planning to take a cruise, best location.
