The apartment lacked a welcoming atmosphere. The air conditioning compressor, located in the bathroom, was excessively noisy. Additionally, we received only one thin pillow and one linen, which was inadequate for our needs. The Wi-Fi is unusable! We were very disappointed.

This property has two good features: location and size. Here are the issues: 1) Payment. They attempted to pre-authorize my card one week prior to arrival which was not a part of the contract while booking. I considered this to be fraud, because the company name was unfamiliar and had to do with cargo and shipping. I had to cancel my card and re-issue a new one being left with Apple-pay while traveling. Be aware of this. 2) The apartment is big, but the space is used unwisely. Exceptionally badly planned and silly decorated. I kept asking myself: did they buy all of this crap on TEMU? It is inconvenient everywhere: from the bathroom to the kitchen. 3) Air cond is the problem: it kept breaking down at C35+ outside. the main unit is located in the bathroom and makes noise. Hence, a technician came two times to fix it. 4) Wifi doesn't work. I don't think they ever tried to fix it. I gave up asking. 5) Coffee machine is a maze. I asked how to add water to it, but they didn't bother to explain. 6) You will not be able to cook something meaningful there: not enough tools, no kitchen knife, no chopping board. Ha, not even wine glasses! This is Italy, baby:) 7) Door handle is broken. Fix it. 8) There are better places at the same price around available to book. I made a mistake settling for this one. I have a suspicion that this set of apartments is run by completely incompetent in hospitality people. They have no idea about how to organise. Avoid!

We stayed at the Residence Theresia in advance of a cruise. The hotel was well kept and the facilities adequate. Check-in was relatively easy- though providing check-in documents, passport info and paying tax was difficult because we were traveling in advance of our arrival. Otherwise great place to stay. Very comfortable and quiet.

Sehr sauber und kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, Zug oder Sehenswürdigkeiten. Grosse Wohnung, in der Küchenzeile alles was man benötigt. Zimmer wie auf den Fotos vorab dargestellt. Fön, Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer. Wohnung im 2. Stock. Der Aufzug war sehr hilfreich. Das Badezimmer könnte ein blickdichtes Rollo haben. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und sind als 2 Freunde gereist und waren als 2 Personen angemeldet. Da es im Wohnzimmer ein Sofa gibt dachten wir wir können so getrennt in 2 Räumen schlafen. Da es im Schlafzimmer nur eine grosse Bettdecke gab fragten wir nach einer zweiten Bettdecke. Diese bekommt man dann allerdings nur mit Aufpreis und muss extra vorbeigebracht werden. Wir kennen dies, dass es immer eine Zusatzdecke im Schrank gibt?! Nicht jede Freunde wollen sich eine Bettdecke generell teilen. Es wäre fast günstiger gewesen sich eine Decke zu kaufen, dafür hat uns leider die Zeit gefehlt. Diese Herangehensweise von dem Besitzer und das Bezahlen einer 2. Bettdecke pro Nacht vorab mit Kreditkarte hat unseren Aufenthalt bei der Residence Theresia getrübt.

Struttura in una posizione molto comoda di Trieste. Check in pratico e veloce online con istruzioni chiare e precise ( unica nota abbiamo richiesto il check-in anticipato e ci è stata chiesta una cifra un po' alta per cui abbiamo rinunciato). Possibilità di deposito bagagli a pagamento in altra struttura. Appartamento pulito e ben attrezzato di tutto. Aggiungerei una macchinetta del caffè, anche eventualmente all'esterno. Complessivamente lo suggerirei.

We loved our fabulous apartment and were sorry we could only stay one night. When we arrived by train, it was easy to walk to the hotel. It was also very simple to walk to the cruise terminal the next day. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. An excellent choice for anyone starting or finishing a cruise, but also worth a longer stay.

The suite was large and open. You could open windows & or doors across the suite to get a nice cooling breeze without turning on the AC. There were no instructions to operate the coffee / cappuccino machine. It is close to a shopping center if you want to eat in. Easy to do your breakfasts before heading out and or a quick snack before bedtime.

Lovely spacious apartment in the centre of Trieste, very good value for money, especially considering the price of the hotels nearby. The bed had a firm mattress, as I like it, and the sofas in the living room were very comfortable. I loved the style of the apartment - very Italian, with parquet floor and visible stone bricks. Would definitely return!
