"The hotel in immaculate and well appointed. The coffeehouse attached has a wonderful breakfast with great service. The walls are thick concrete so it is absolutely quiet; I never heard noise (voices and doors closing) in the hall or out on the street. There is a lovely balcony with table and 2 chairs and a useful ceiling fan. The location is ideal for walking to the center of town and for the bus stop for busses to the hiking trails and to Sargens, Switzerland, if leaving via Zurich. I can recommend this hotel without reservation."

"We want to visit Tamina Gorge, this hotel right at the entrance of the Gorge. It was well maintained, clean, good size room. Friendly staff, we liked there. But there was one thing surprised us, we got there earlier like around noon, we wanted to drop off the luggages so we can visit the gorge, but the hotel was closed, it open only for certain hours for check in and check out. Luckily there was one hotel staff there and he showed up and let us drop the luggage. Other than that, everything is great."

"being able to self check in was really good and nice. we really enjoyed that. but it would be nice to have a number at the front desk in case you need someone. the tv in our room wasn't working and we were unable to speak to someone for help."

"Roomy, updated room/bathroom with balcony. Terrific fresh breakfast. Use of e-bike or city bike available. Lots of hiking accessible, 10 min walk to Therme, 15 min to train station. No car needed!"
