Trinidad Hotel with Pool

"Visiting the area for the first time and decided to stay with a brand that I know. Hyatt Regency didn't disappoint. Aesthetically pleasing from the moment we pulled up to the resort. Excellent customer service provided throughout. Indoor/outdoor dining is wonderful with delicious culinary faire. Lobby was welcoming. Infinity pool, crystal clear water, relaxing vibes throughout surrounding area. My room was clean and spacious with updated amenities. Prompt response/resolve to an expressed concern a plus! I will visit again and stay at the Hyatt Regency. "

Team members: Mr.Otis, Mr. Curtis, Mr. Nathaniel we always so lucky to have them present when we visit they always so warm, very polite it's like family. Last but not least Ms. Kizzy who always make sure our room is well kept. Thank you all for the outstanding service it's one of the reasons we keep staying at the Brix. "
