Amazing Place

We stayed for one week at this quite place with an amazing view and an awesome pool. The pictures and description fit well, check in and out was easy and convenient. I am sure we will come back again.

I have a fantastic time in Villa Francesca. The pictures don't do the pool and the views justice which are breath-taking. I really enjoyed the layout and design of the property and the views from all sides and would love to return one day.

Geschmackvolles Haus in Traumlage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren begeistert, wie geschmackvoll das Haus eingerichtet und das gesamte Grundstück angelegt ist. Es gibt mehrere Terrassen, von allen hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Wenn es windig ist, bekommt man es aufgrund der Lage auch zu spüren. Aber auch dann findet sich ein geschütztes Plätzchen. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, die Messer leider stumpf. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen aus anderen Ferienhäusern nehmen wir aber schon lange eigene Messer mit. Der Kaffee aus der kleinen Siebträgermaschine hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Schlafzimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, alle mit einem praktischen Schrankraum, die Betten bequem. Bei Bedarf haben alle Schlafzimmer einen Deckenventilator.

Incredible accommodation

Amazing place with stunning view over Costa Paradiso bay, large infinity pool, beautiful decorated Sardinia style house. Lots of stairs on different levels but various rooms and corners to relax. We will come back.

Wundervoll !!!

Lage, Lage, Lage !!! Die Villa liegt wunderschön auf dem Gipfel eines Berges/Felsens und ist perfekt in den Felsen integriert. Haus und Pool sind absolut beeindruckend und uneinsehbar. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Bettgestelle und Duschvorhänge (nicht zeitgemäß) sollten ersetzt werden. Schade war, dass der sehr defekte große Sonnenschirm am Pool, trotz Zusage bei Hausübernahme nicht ausgetauscht wurde. Letztendlich aber sehr empfehlenswert ! Gerne wieder !

Das Haus lebt von seiner Lage und insbesondere von der Aussicht Etwas störend war der relativ lange Weg zum nächsten (bezahlbaren) Supermarkt. Dies konnten jedoch alle 3 Restaurants. Die in unmittelbarer Nähe sind wieder wett machen.

Incredible views and swimming pool

Extraordinary views any time of the day or night, fabulous sunsets, lovely local decoration inside the house, wonderful infinity swimming pool, well equipped kitchen (although the fridge is outside the kitchen), very responsive and helpful hosts (Sonia and Manuela). On the downside: no air con or mosquitoe nets in the bedrooms (one air con unit in the living area that can be used to cool the two bedrooms downstairs, which works with only 4 people in the house as we were), no curtains in the bedrooms, no comfortable chairs/dining area outside (cushions on chairs, and lighting in the outside area overlooking the pool and sea would be great) and not a very practical house overall. Good location in Costa Paradiso: private and quiet area, only a 5' drive from several swimming/snorkelling spots, and several nice varied beaches within 30min to 1h's drive. However, not much else to do without driving further. The boating excursion recommended for La Maddelena archipelego was a rip-off (tourism factory despite only 12 on the boat, unpleasant captain and horrible food), the restaurants in Costa Paradiso are a real disappointment (especially the pizzeria), but the massage by Manuela is a must, as is the Gelato at Cannella Gelateria.

Geräumige Villa mit atemberaubender Aussicht und sensationellem Pool

Mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtete Villa in traditionell sardischem Stil mit sensationellem Pool in wundervoller Umgebung und unglaublicher Aussicht. Hier möchte man eigentlich nie mehr weg. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst und dieses Haus ist definitiv äusserst empfehlenswert.

Incredible location

Pictures on the listing don’t do this property justice. The views from the Villa are spectacular, the property well equipped, with pretty much everything you need for a great stay in this lovely location.
