The staff were excellent and were always available and the cleanliness was first class. The room was quite a good size and the bed super comfortable . The modern bathroom and shower were great and the breakfast was beautiful.

This property is spectacular!! A few steps to The Horse Guards , yet quietly tucked away from any noise. We stayed at many properties throughout London, and this is by far the most affordable historical elegance you will find. When we are staying with friends in London, we always stop in for coffee in the morning or a nightcap in the evening. It is a great option for its location and service. They just refurbished the rooms and they are beautiful. We come every year and we stay here. This year the staff at the front desk was a little bit overwhelmed.
