“We stayed here to catch up with friends for 2 nights over a weekend. It was also our first time in Wales. Generally OK - room was really nice / well appointed - however, I do expect the toilet and bathroom / shower to be totally separate from bedroom area - not just a partial privacy screen separating. Maybe this is ok if staying in a caravan but not a 4 star hotel. One of the lifts needs maintenance - doors took several attempts to finally close! Room safe also broke - didn’t work.……

“Room was clean but clearly the hotel allows dogs to stay which we always find disappointing. The breakfast was great. The evening food was very good. Staff were all friendly and polite. Enjoyed staying here with our kids and would stay again. Price was reasonable.”

“Beautiful location with the stream running in front. Located in a quaint village - it was lovely and quiet! Room was lovely and very spacious and breakfast was delicious. About a 45 minute drive to Llangollen which was a lovely place to visit. Sian and the cleaner (so sorry I forgot her name!) we're extremely friendly and helpful, even gave me access to their mobile hot-spot and helped with local attraction advice. The check-in / bar staff were a little less helpful, including dinner service -……

“Great Location for a relaxing stay with my gf. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good space. Could be better with more loungers in pool and spa area to relax next to and breakfast was okay but nothing special.”
