“The staff were helpful and polite. We stayed in out building accommodation at rear of hotel, more in keeping with motel style lodging not what we anticipated and not made clear at time of booking. Otherwise satisfied with our stay.”

“We stayed at the Imperial Hotel for 4 nights, Booked a double room with a view (room 208) which was a sea view,big double windows for the view, The bathroom was huge with 2 more double windows bed was really comfy, Used the swimming pool a couple of times the whole pool was 4ft 6in deep which was a good thing if you are not a confident swimmer, My sister used the gym daily (not for me )Breakfast was brilliant plenty of choice ie cereal, cooked, basically what ever you want, waitress brings you……

“Beautiful location with the stream running in front. Located in a quaint village - it was lovely and quiet! Room was lovely and very spacious and breakfast was delicious. About a 45 minute drive to Llangollen which was a lovely place to visit. Sian and the cleaner (so sorry I forgot her name!) we're extremely friendly and helpful, even gave me access to their mobile hot-spot and helped with local attraction advice. The check-in / bar staff were a little less helpful, including dinner service -……

“We enjoyed our stay at Pebble House because it was opposite the promenade and we had a wonderful sea view. Simon and Emma worked hard to look after the guests and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good with shops nearby and within walking distance of Llandudno main shopping areas. Rooms were clean and we would go there again”
