「Nice place to stay. Great for individual travellers, couples and families. Breakfast was good as was dinner. The spa was decent. Not overcrowded at all with indoor and outdoor options. The rooms were comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower area was different from what I've seen before. It was nice. The only issue was dogs...I love dogs but dogs fighting is not what I'd like to experience on a break.」

「We stayed at Craigside in Room 21, which we have stayed in a number of times as regular guests. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The hotel was extremely busy with a large group and we felt this had a noticeable impact on the level of service at breakfast. We came down around 9am, with breakfast served until 10am, yet when I asked for white bread for toast, I was told it was frozen and would take some time to defrost. There was also very little brown bread available and the juices...

「This place really exceeded our expectations. We thought it looked nice online but it’s even nicer in real life. We had a family room and we were very happy with it. Everything was clean and well kept. We were very impressed with the quality of everything in the hotel, including the lovely smelling shampoo and shower gel provided, the super soft bedding and the nice, powerful shower. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Nothing we asked felt like too much trouble. ...
