Fantastic villa with great facilities in a top location. The hostess is also very sympathetic. This accommodation is one of the best we have had in many years in Croatia, because everything was just top here. Clearly 10 out of 10 *.

Lovely holiday

Lovely villa

We were a group of 12 people, 8 adults and 4 kids. Marija and Ivan made us feel welcome. The house is close to the beach with easy transport to Trogir City by boat . Restaurants and shops near the villa. We highly recommend this villa!

This was an excellent property. Maria the owner and her team were so accommodating. They enabled us to leave our bags in the garage as we arrived early for our stay. She even provided us with refreshments. I cannot recommend this property enough. The pool was wonderful. Children’s toys provided Outside bbq and kitchen excellent with charcoal provided. In fact maria made sure all of our needs were met. We would definitely come back. If I could give her 10 Stars I would. Thank you to Maria Dragona and the team.

Made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our hosts were wonderful throughout, always on hand and eager to help with any queries. Great location. Easy access to beach, bars, shops and sea taxi to Trogir. Perfect accommodation. Worked really well for a family group of 10 adults.

Lovely getaway in Trogir

Fabulous stay with family and friends! We were a group of 8 people, the villa was extremely clean meeting all our needs. All bathrooms were stocked with the essential toiletries which was a lovely touch. Close to all amenities with a scenic hilly walk to Trogir city. Lots of fabulous restaurant’s to choose from. Would definitely recommend!

Top class villa - perfect!

The property was in an excellent location, just across the road from the beach. Shops and restaurants were nearby. Access to beautiful Trogir was easy - close by with frequent and reliable public transportation. The house was lovely, had everything you could possibly need. The lovely Mrs Bejt went out of her way to make us all feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Wonderful house and area!

We was a group of 10 staying for a week in this wonderful house. Already before we arrived Zarko called us to go through details, and arranged pick up at the airport. Mrs Bat was a sweet woman, and she and her employees took good care of us all week. Beautiful house, great location! We would love to come back for a new week :-)

Top marks!

Perfect hosts made the holiday an absolute treat. Beautifully clean house, manicured garden, delicious gifts, and attentive hosts. Even though the road is a little bit busy, you benefit massively from being right in front of the quiet beach and 30 seconds from the water taxi which is delightful especially at sunset, and so easy to get to beautiful city of Trogir. With a larger beach down the road, and small supermarket and restaurants in easy walking distance, it is very convenient. Really lovely being able to watch a quiet beach and little boats coming and going from your balcony. Dont think we have visited a cleaner property before. Top marks!

Wow - what a property!

I have stayed at countless rental properties and this house has to be among the very top. It’s a truly special place cared for by truly special people. We were a group of 12 - three families - with 6 kids and 6 adults. There was ample space for all of us, and the many en suite bathrooms were a huge bonus. The beds are very comfortable. The A/C works really well. The showers are great. The apartments are very very well appointed and clean. The grounds are stunning with loads of space, fruit trees, a lovely cooking and dining area and balconies overlooking the harbour. The location is great - right across the street from the water taxi and a lovely little beach. There are loads of towns beaches in walking distance as well. The walk along the busy road to Trogir is a bit treacherous but Ubers are relatively easy to get if the water taxi is too expensive. The most incredible thing about the house is the service provided by Maria and Zarko. They are so attentive and kind and provided lots of lovely little touches and a mid-week cleaning service.

Wonderful Family Holiday ☀️

Our stay was fantastic. From the moment we arrived Maria and her crew were warm and welcoming. Ensuring we had everything we needed and knew where everything was both within the villa and the surrounding area, she even spoilt us with yummy homemade treats throughout the week. The villa itself had everything we could need and was lovely and clean. We made full use of the outdoor BBQ and the fact it was cleaned for us each morning was so helpful. The villa fit the 11 of us comfortably ranging from ages 3-69. The set up of 2 villas one on top of the other worked well for us, each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom and the balconys provided some chill time for each of us. We visited the beaches just a short walk away, used the boat just across the road to travel to Trogir and even walked the 20-30 minute walk into the town (a little hilly but manageable for all of us). A few of our family utilised the bikes and enjoyed exploring locally on them. We also arranged a trip to Split via the ferry from Trogir for one of the days. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would thoroughly recommend this villa as a place to stay.

A perfect property in a perfect location

Our family of 5 adults and 2 young children had an amazing week in this property. Property management from booking, arranging taxis and answering my endless queries was excellent by Zarko. When we arrived Mrs Bajt the owner welcomed us with cold drinks and homemade cakes and despite the fact that she was going into hospital the next day for a leg operation, she made an amazing birthday cake for my son in law which Zarko had arranged. A very talented lady! The property had everything we needed and was spotless inside and out. The couple who looked after the property were brilliant and were there every day before we had even got up tending to the garden, pool etc. The villa is in a perfect location opposite a lovely quiet beach and we sat for many hours happily watching the sea, boats and the world go by from the balconies. We walked to the local cafes, bars and restaurants but also walked into Trogir a few times(taking the quieter back road up the hill and down into Trigor which kept us fit!). We also used the water taxi opposite a few times back from Trigor which was a lovely experience, especially for our granddaughters. Trigor is well worth visiting for little shops, lovely restaurants and some culture and history. All in all a wonderful holiday, in a lovely well kept villa, in a fabulous location and we would love to return.

Fantastic villa in a perfect location

We have just come back from a week at this beautiful villa. The owners are lovely people and will look after you all week, they welcomed us with the most beautiful home made cakes and pastries which were delicious. The villa is amazing, plenty of room for everyone, the beds are super comfortable, air-con in every room, well equipped kitchen, the garden is beautiful with plenty of room for everyone, my little 2 year old grand-daughter loved the play area. As the garden is gated and locked it is very safe if you have young children. Even though we were only there for 1 week we had a mid-week clean and linen change which was unexpected and very welcome. The pool was cleaned every day, when we used the BBQ (which you really must use if you rent this villa) they cleaned it the the very next morning. Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely people. The location is spot on, 15 minute drive from the airport, across the road from the beach, you can walk to plenty of places to eat and drink and there are supermarkets within walking distance. Split is around 30 minutes drive away and well worth visiting and you really should go to the Krka Waterfalls, they are beautiful. There are lots of other lovely places to visit but we just ran out of time! On our last evening the owners prepared a surprise BBQ and birthday cake as it was my 60th birthday, I was totally over whelmed with their kindness by doing this. We have all said that we will go back to this lovely villa - if you are thinking of booking - don't hesitate - just book it, you will have a fantastic holiday. Thank you all again.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir wurden mit kalten Getränken und selbst gebackenen Keksen empfangen! Die Gastgeberin hatte bereits für uns eingekauft. Wir fühlten uns stets gut betreut! Sie ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Wir hatten bisher noch nie eine so gute Villa in Kroatien! Dieses Angebot ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolles Haus und sehr nette Gastgeberin!

Wir haben als Familie mit 3 Generationen das ganze Haus gemietet und waren begeistert. Alles war sehr sauber und die freundliche Gastgeberin Frau Bajt hat wirklich alle Wünsche erfüllt. Da unsere Anreise auf einen Feiertag fiel, hatte sie sogar Essen und Bier für uns eingekauft und hausgemachte Kekse bereitgestellt. Für den Geburtstag meiner Schwester hat sie extra eine Torte gebacken. Jeden Morgen wurde der tolle Grillplatz diskret geputzt, alles ist sehr gepflegt, viel Platz und die Ausstattung von sehr guter Qualität. Die Klimaanlage kann in jedem Raum seperat geregelt werden und ist sehr leise. Obwohl die Straße vor dem Haus recht belebt ist, haben wir dank guter Fenster sehr gut geschlafen. Ein Highlight ist natürlich der sehr saubere Pool, aber auch zum Meer muss man nur über die Straße. Das Taxiboot nach Trogir legt dort stündlich ab. Morgens ist die beste Zeit zum Schwimmen, Naturschatten ist vorhanden. Im Vergleich zum großen Strand von Okrug Gornji ist es hier auch nicht so überfüllt. Allerdings könnte der Strand öfter gereinigt werden, das Wasser ist aber wunderschön und klar, nur Nachmittags wird manchmal Seegras hereingetrieben. Es gibt kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig, aber wenn man sich hauptsächlich selbst verpflegen möchte, würden wir ein Auto empfehlen (Parkplätze beim Haus), um größere Supermärkte zu erreichen. Am Mittwoch wurde das Haus gereinigt, die Kinder haben extra Kinderbettwäsche bekommen. Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub!

We had a brilliant time at this lovely villa and so enjoyed our return visit. We were a family of 10 and it suited us all from young to old. Great location makes it so easy to get around and explore. Marija and her team welcomed us and looked after us so well and we couldn't have asked for more.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgerüstet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Pool und Garten wunderbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und verwöhnt die Gäste mit selbstgebackenen Guetzli. Sie steht den Gästen während des Aufenthaltes stets zur Vergügung. Strasse vor dem Haus war etwas laut.

Right from the get go of booking this Villa until the unfortunate fact of leaving this villa is a must. Property management communication was fantastic and the most amazing hosts anyone could wish for, right from when we walked through the gate we were welcomed with open arms and a cold beer, the cleanliness of the property is outstanding which is maintained throughout the week, everyday when you got up the outside had been cleaned and tidied up from the night before and the pool was sparkling. The large outside fire cooks an amazing feast and the property is totally secure with electric gates and is right opposite the water taxi into Trogir, if you don’t want to walk but the most amazing bit by far is the house owner Marija, a massive thank you to you for your warm heart and hospitality and not to forget your amazing baking skill's. WOW, what a cake that made some celebrations even more special. We will be Back! Thank you ❤️❤️

Superb villa with perfect location

The villa was even better than expected, and the service provided by the owners was exceptionallly good! We were a group of three families and really enjoyed our holiday there. Villa is clean and spacious and well-equipped and maintained. Just across the street there is a beautiful small beach. Also grocery shops and many restaurants with walking distance, you dont need a car there. And there is a taxi-boat taking you Trogir old-town just across the street as well. Perfect spot for a holiday, can highly recommend!

A beautiful villa in the perfect location with a very warm welcome

We were a group of 7 female friends and this villa (2 x 3-bedroom apartments) was the perfect solution. Our arrival, despite being late due to flight delays, was met with a very warm welcome from the owner - cold drinks, home-made cherry liqueur plus a delicious birthday cake - to name a few of the welcome treats that were gladly received. The 2 apartments have separate entrances, but there are plenty of keys so everyone has access to both if you are all 1 group. Everywhere was very clean and very well equipped in terms of towels, toiletries, etc. Plus there is a hairdryer in every ensuite bathroom and a washing machine in each of the apartments. The pool is perfect with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor towels and the outdoor cooking/eating area was very useful - the outside area was tidied daily by the cleaner/gardener plus the villa had a full clean and bedding/towel change during the week. In terms of the location, there is a small boat ferry over the road to take you into Trogir harbour - a lovely little journey and only £3 per person. You can also walk into Trogir - 20 minute walk along the road (limited pavement but the road is fairly quiet)...and Trogir is a beautiful town - a must see - lovely restaurants, shops and buildings. There are some beach bars and restaurants near the villa (Okrgu Kornji) that were also nice, without the need to go into Trogir. You can also take a ferry from Trogir to Split (1 hour journey) which is a good day out and very worthwhile. Overall we had an excellent holiday and would definitely visit this villa and location again. Thank you to Mrs Bajt, Ruza, Vojko and Zarco for a great holiday.
