The apartment is located on the ground floor in a very quiet area, overlooking the magnificent bay of Fort-de-France, in a small residence less than a 5-minute walk from Anse Mitan Beach.

You have access to the residence’s private pool, shared by only 11 units. You can relax on the lounge chairs provided.

Both bedrooms in the apartment are air-conditioned, and the living room and terrace are equipped with ceiling fans.

It is fully equipped for the comfort of two couples and features two separate bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe and plenty of built-in closets.
Bedroom 1 features a large 160-cm bed and a ceiling fan, while the second bedroom has a large 140-cm bed and a TV with major channels.

For safety, there is a smoke detector on the ceiling of the central hallway.
