I have stayed at many VRBO’s but this property was misrepresented. It was unlighted, not numbered, down a dark alleyway and took us hours to find. It was essentially one room with a bed and nowhere to sit except for broken slated outdoor folding chairs. We stayed one night and left even though we had booked for three. It should be removed from VRBO inventory.

We had a lovely time here! Ghislaine was incredibly accommodating and kind. There was a mix up with our room and she fixed it so we were happy and comfortable. She can arrange transportation to and from the airport or ferry for a fee. The room was clean and comfortable. There are 3 or 4 completely private rooms with their own bathrooms, kitchens and entrances on the same plot of land. The backyard is a beautiful shared space that opens right to the beach. The property has a nice shower to wash off the sand and plenty of seating to relax by the beach. The property is very secure and has two locked and secured gates. This location is right on the beach of Anse Mitsn. It is a big tourist destination so there will be people on the beach but if you go early, you can find a good open space to yourself. You can easily walk to Creole Village which has lots of restaurants and shopping. The ferry to FDF is also a 3 minute walk from the house. Overall, our stay here was so incredible and we definitely would return.

Studio bien équipé. Proche de la plage a pied et des restaurants. Par contre la résidence tres vetuste. Les 2 piscines dont une fermée définitivement et l autre bof.

La villa Bougainvilliers à un atout majeur : sa proximité avec un accès direct à la plage de l’Anse Mitan , au centre de tous les commerces, à 10 mn du ferry pour Fort de France. Emplacement idéal. En ce qui concerne notre arrivée tardive 20 h : adresse très difficile à trouver, le taxi nous a descendu en ville et nous avons dû chercher l’entrée de la propriété rue des bougainvilliers qui se trouve dans une impasse non éclairée partiellement inondée par des débordements d’egoûts. Nous avons été surpris de voir que le studio donnait sur un mur de 5m de haut et une toute petite terrasse équipée d’une petite table bois avec un pied cassé et deux chaises pliantes bois très inconfortables dont il manquait une latte bois. La seule pièce du studio certes propre ne contient que le lit et la table en béton carrelée, pas de chevet pas de lumière à la tête de lit. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant 3 jours samedi dimanche lundi. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas piles télécommande HS . Deux serviettes de toilette pour 2 semaines c’est insuffisant ; dans la salle de bain : pas de porte serviettes, les tablettes rudimentaires sont décollées. Le studio est d’une manière générale usagé et mériterait une bonne rénovation. Cependant, le propriétaire Victor et la femme de ménage sont des personnes charmantes, aimables et font de leur mieux pour nous satisfaire. Nous pensons utile de signaler ces détails qui, pris en compte rendraient le séjour formidable. Après quelques travaux de rénovation, nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Accueil très agréable Séjour agréable, studio fonctionnel et emplacement très pratique pour plage , restaurants ,magasins, shopping, et pour aller dans le nord ou le sud de l'île. Accès direct à la plage, lieu très calme. paysage très jolis. Hôte disponible,gentil ,à l'écoute et flexible. Je recommande ce studio de vacances, si j'ai l'occasion d'y retourner un jour ça sera avec plaisir.
