location tres agréable dans un beau cadre,avec vue sur la baie de Fort de France.Corinne est trÚs disponible et à l'écoute mais aussi d'une grande discrétion.Nous avons apprécié le "panier d'accueil"

Une villa créole idéale

IdĂ©ale pour son emplacement (commerces-boulangerie TOP-,plages,restaurants), son agencement, la vue, le calme. Tout Ă©tait parfait, nous avons adorĂ© et recommandons chaudement cette villa. Corinne, la propriĂ©taire qui vit au rez de jardin de la villa, est trĂšs discrĂšte mais disponible si on a besoin. La villa et la vue sont conformes aux photos 👍, la piscine suffisamment spacieuse pour se rafraichir en famille, grand frigidaire et congelateur, batterie de cuisine au complet. Bref, n’hĂ©sitez pas Ă  rĂ©server, c’est tout simplement splendide.

La villa est superbe, idéalement située et la vue splendide. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par Ghislaine, les commerces à proximité nous ont permis de nous ravitailler facilement. De plus, étant un peu en hauteur, la villa est bien aérée. Je la recommande vivement!

Appartement au confort trĂšs basique, rien de superflu (mĂȘme pas une paire de ciseaux, ni lave vaiselle, ni lave linge), dans le salon ni fauteuil, ni table basse, des siĂšges de bar tĂąchĂ©s. Les volets ne ferment pas, la cabine de douche est vĂ©tuste, les prises sont descellĂ©es. Forte odeur d'humiditĂ© dans la chambre. Quant Ă  la dĂ©coration, un mot inconnu de la propriĂ©taire. Des serviettes de toilette trĂšs usagĂ©es et un seul torchon. Un appartement trĂšs cher par rapport Ă  la qualitĂ© du logement. Le seul point positif de cet appartement est la vue magnifique sur la baie de Fort de France et beaucoup de restos pour le soir Ă  5mns de voiture. Quant au punch offert traditionnellement dans les autres locations - voire le premier petit dejeuner - lĂ  on oublie !! Heureusement la dame qui remet les clĂ©s est fort gentille et tout Ă  fait consciente de l'Ă©tat de l'appartement. .

situation géographique idéale pour visiter et profiter de tout (foret tropicale, plages de rÚve, faune et flore magnifiques, tortues, poissons etc .... visites du nord et atlantique accessibles aussi).. et encore merci pour l'accueil. Traumhafte Kulisse, kurzer Weg zum Strand

Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und gut ausgerĂŒstet. Die Betreuung durch die zustĂ€ndige Organisatorin war sehr gut. Die Wege zum Strand und zu den GeschĂ€ften fĂŒr die Verpflegung waren kurz. Insgesamt ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der unbespielbare Golfplatz.

We spent a perfect night in this exceptional home.

This home is dramatic in its location overlooking all of Trois Islets and Fort de France. The open air living space frames a view "to die for" as we say in English. Corinne is a lovely hostess who will make your stay perfect. If you want to be near town and the beach, without the noise and bustle, this is a wonderful choice. Enjoy the pool!

ApprĂ©ciation sur notre sĂ©jour Ă  l’Anse-Ă -l’Âne Quel sĂ©jour de rĂȘve nous avons passĂ© dans cet appartement Ă  l’Anse-Ă -l’Âne grĂące aux informations qui nous ont Ă©tĂ© fournies par Ghislaine. L’appartement correspondait exactement Ă  ce qu’elle nous avait dĂ©crit lors de nos Ă©changes, ainsi qu’aux photos qu’elle nous avait fait parvenir. GrĂące Ă  son professionnalisme, elle nous a rapidement inspirĂ©s confiance. L’attrait principal de cet appartement rĂ©side dans sa vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Fort-de-France, que ce soit de la terrasse, de la fenĂȘtre de la cuisine ou de celle de la chambre. De plus, il est situĂ© dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme, Ă  proximitĂ© de la plage peu achalandĂ©e, des restaurants et des services (station-essence, dĂ©panneur et navette maritime pour se rendre Ă  Fort-de-France). La terrasse, vaste et confortable, bien ventilĂ©e, sans voisin immĂ©diat, nous permet de vivre Ă  l’extĂ©rieur toute la journĂ©e. L’appartement est fonctionnel; tout le nĂ©cessaire est fourni, tant pour la cuisine que pour le linge de maison. Il peut accommoder 4 personnes; le salon et la chambre, Ă©tant fermĂ©s, permettent l’intimitĂ© de chacun. Comme les nuits sont fraĂźches et bien ventilĂ©es, la climatisation n’est pas nĂ©cessaire. Un espace de stationnement gratuit est disponible. Corinne, la propriĂ©taire, qui vit Ă  l’étage au-dessus, est accueillante, discrĂšte et elle rĂ©pond rapidement Ă  nos demandes. Durant notre sĂ©jour, Ghislaine s’informait rĂ©guliĂšrement de notre satisfaction. Elle Ă©tait disponible Ă©galement pour nous conseiller des visites ou des excursions. Nous Ă©tions en mesure de constater que c’était vraiment une personne chaleureuse, ouverte, comprĂ©hensive et soucieuse du bien-ĂȘtre de ses clients. On sent trĂšs bien qu’elle aime son travail et la Martinique qu’elle connaĂźt bien. C’est une personne attachante, au grand cƓur et qui se passionne pour les relations humaines.
