「Beautiful hotel in Tromso and just a year old! Lovely room, staff. Outstanding breakfast with lots of choices including omelette station and barista making all kind of coffees. We enjoyed just sitting in the lobby around the fire when it was raining. The sauna/cold plunge/steam room and outdoor jacuzzi are a must!! On our final night we had a stupendous dinner at Upper Dock Brasserie & Bar! Amazing views and delicious food. Only downside was paper napkins at a restaurant of this level. I...

「The room is spacious. However, it only offers 1 cup in total for each person. Making it difficult to separate brushing and drinking. Also, the room is dark in general. The toilet’s ventilation is poor. 」

「遠離市區相對便宜但是在機場邊，但市內公車發達快速準時，值得再次入住！周邊又有食物與雜貨大賣場，又可以看飛機起降」

「房內燈掣鬆動，主燈無法開啟。反映後，職員表示因客滿無法更換房間，最終僅補償兩支瓶裝水，處理方式未能解決實際住宿問題。 廁所設施陳舊，洗手盤水龍頭開關異常困難，使用極為不便。 房門鎖合感應不良，需反覆用力關閉多次才能成功上鎖，對住宿安全構成疑慮。」

「The laundry service was very popular that we have no chance to use it. Have to improve the facility efficiency so that more customers can enjoy the service. But, the location of hotel is really very convenient. The cleaning will be made every 4 nights stay, if it can be change to every 3 nights or even 2 nights, it would be much much better.」
