Troncones Paradise
This was our second time vacationing in Troncones and the first time staying at Villas Troncones. The accommodations were excellent! The 2bed/2bath w loft was spacious and well furnished with comfortable beds, great air conditioners and fully appointed kitchen. The 10-unit Villas are exceptionally well maintained and the property management and staff were very kind, responsive and professional. The location is fantastic! steps to the beach and within walking distance of many of the best restaurants in Troncones and if you need a taxi, the taxi station is 300 meters from the front door. We had a little mix up with the security gate code, but our host, David, quickly resolved the issue. We definitely plan on booking the Villas for our vacation in 2025.

Love Las Villas in Troncones
As always our stay at Las Villas was wonderful. It feels like home every time we're there. I'd recommend this place for anyone to stay. We believe that Las Villas still has the best pool in Troncones/Majaua area.

Great Hidden Hideaway
A quiet hideaway (no sign on gate) close to Present Moment Yoga retreat and La Mexicana restaurant (with excellent music). Taxi service just down the street. This 2nd floor suite itself was toward the back of the complex, which was fine. Pool was a life-saver. A good base to explore Troncones.

Villa Toncones muy bueno!
The property itself is immaculate, from the location, to the landscaping, and the amazing pool. The staff was very attentive, and respectful of our needs. As a person who loves to cook, I must say that the kitchen was very well appointed, and I lacked for absolutely nothing. The rooms were super clean and cozy, and the a/c was a welcome relief. I cannot recommend Villas Troncones more highly.

Gorgeous property with lush landscaping and a perfect pool right on the beach. Walking distance to great food! Next door to a yoga retreat spot with drop-in classes. Highly recommend.

Great location in Troncones
This property is conveniently located in Troncones close to cafes and restaurants. The beach is a great place to walk and view sunsets. The pool is very refreshing on a hot day and well maintained. Would love to return!

Love this place!
This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely place. It is very clean, has a friendly staff, beautiful views and the best pool in Troncones. I would highly recommend staying here.

Best Pool in Troncones!
Las Villas is definitely one of the best stays in Troncones. The manager, Angelique, is amazing and extremely helpful. The condo is clean and super comfortable. Super close to town and local cafe's and restaurants. The whole crew in Troncones that works there are very friendly and create a very safe environment.
