「The staff was helpful, but there were issues with our room: a smell emanating from the shower, a toilet that periodically would keep running and therefore unable to be flushed, and when we wanted to open a bottle of wine, the staff could not find a corkscrew on-site. We had to ask a nearby bar to open the bottle for us. Later that evening, a staff member showed up with corkscrew and two wine glasses but it was too late.
