3 BR 2 BA Sleeps 11-Beautiful & 1/2 mile from trails, close to all sights, Wi-Fi

Located less than one mile off M123 before Trout Lake and one mile from the town, this spacious and comfortable home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Each room is tastefully decorated, fully furnished with bedding and towels and will comfortably sleep up to 11 people. Very family-friendly property and Wi-Fi! Fully stocked kitchen where you can cook your own meals if you wish or warm up leftovers from area restaurants. The attached single garage is available for use to store snowmobiles, ATVs or your vehicle. The home is air conditioned and has a whole house generator should the area have a power outage. This home is located on 40 acres with no close neighbors so it provides a quiet, wooded setting with ample parking for cars or snowmobile/ATV trailers.

Only 32 miles northwest of the Mackinac Bridge, Trout Lake boasts several smaller fishing lakes as well as big Trout Lake where water sports and great fishing are plenty. There are literally hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails located 1/2 mile from the front door, as well as thousands of acres of ATV trails in the summer. There are mining quarries to visit in either direction within 10 miles. Tahquamenon Falls is a must see and located 29 miles to the north. Other attractions less than an hour from Trout Lake: Oswald's Bear Ranch, Garlyn Zoo, Soo Locks Tours, Sault Ste. Marie Canada, Mackinac Island and St. Ignace. Pictured Rocks is 95 miles north and many, many more!

The house is exactly like the photos. 6 of us stayed, and there was plenty of room. The house is clean and has everything you need to have a comfortable visit. Clean place, easy check in and accommodating

Place was nice and clean and perfect to stay while snowmobiling. Heated garage was a big plus. Property manager worked with us when we ended up getting there a little early. Would stay again.

This house was a good location close to the snowmobile trails. House was clean lots of towels and paper products. They even provide samples of shampoo and conditioner. We all looked at the listing, there was not a crockpot listed so we all brought one and they had two there. We will be back next winter.

Great location to enjoy many of the UP's experiences

We chose this spot because of how close it was to many different areas in the UP. It was perfect for our family. Off the grid, peaceful and quiet. We loved coming home to enjoy a fire or play in the yard after a day of adventure. It was a little farther to get to Pictured Rocks but that was expected and close Tahquamenon Falls, Mackinaw and St. Ignace.

Worked great for our trip, convenient to the bridge, falls and surrounding areas. Had all the basics and a small grocery nearby for milk, eggs etc. Check in and check out was simple and easy.

Trout Lake House

We travelled to the UP for a wedding. Booked this house for the family, 9 of us. house was nice, lots of room, clean and well situated for all the sightseeing we did. Trout Lake is convenient to the Soo, Mackinac Island and other venues. We went to the casino at Bay Mills, Whitefish Point and the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, Pictured Rocks, and Tahquamenon Falls, Back to the house, it was well appointed, with everything we needed. We had a fire in the fire pit in the yard. No wi-fi, but the phones had ok service. Good communication from the owners. Well worth the stay. The final point is that before we got home, we were talking about going back and staying at this house, so to me, this is one of the highest recoomendations.
