“Breakfast could have been better. There was really nothing but cold cereal and a waffle makes”

“This was a lovely stay! We were in town for a wedding, and mostly I was just looking for a place to sleep afterwards. However, we fell in love with this spot! It's beautifully decorated and everything is meant to make you feel at home in your own castle. Everything was sparkling clean and well thought out. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!”

“Everything was really nice, starting with Derrick who was working the counter, to the room, workout room was small but had what was needed, breakfast and a nice small pool. It was convenient to everything and we enjoyed our stay”

“Our rooms were never cleaned after three days they still we’re not cleaned. We had to ask for more towels. The bathtub faucet fell off and the room phone did not work. Nothing was changed after we notified staff. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“Loved the evening staff and cleanliness. Pool and gym times are amazing for our work schedule as we travel. The morning staff was not as friendly as the nighttime- specifically Ms Karen who was wonderful. The coffee machine was delicious, keep this please. The cleanest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at in the area from Kannapolis to Concord. The breakfast was ok- but the staff very loud videos while we tried talking over coffee and the eggs were way too runny to try to eat. But overall great……

“I absolutely loved the room despite it being on the first floor and Katherine at the front desk was so sweet, helpful, and she knew you by name and asked how you were doing. The breakfast options were decent despite it being a Spark, the only thing I didn’t like was that my room didn’t have drawers at all to store clothes, so I lived out of my suitcase.”

“Room was clean and good enough. Pool was open but I didn’t use it. Gym was horrible. My only complaint would be this is the worst hotel gym I’ve ever seen. If this amenity is important to you then I wouldn’t recommend”

“Our room was a handicap and the shower flooded the bathroom… the tv would not work and the beds were old and bumpy. I’m sorry to write such a bad review but it needs updated. The staff was very nice, or we would have moved.”
