"Beautiful property in a wonderful scenic setting, with a path from the door down to the bay below. Good views (when the sea mist lifted) of the sea, all the way to Le Havre. Would have been a lovely quiet setting, surrounded by pastures and trees, although we couldn't use our sun balcony for a couple of hours due to a group of 20 to 30 people (guests of the proprietor?) having a very noisy outside buffet party directly underneath us"

"The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a very good location. Can walk to everywhere. Highly recommended. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful but there was an issue with communication prior to check in. On hotels.com it says that check-in is from 5 to 7. That is just not true. The front desk is open for more hours than that. When we called to ask about this as we were coming in later than seven we got a person who was completely unhelpful and pretended to not know English or French. They need to correct the listing on hotels.com."
"This place is amazing- truly feels like an oasis when you walk into the lobby. We found the staff very helpful, the room very functional, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Our advice would be to either travel by train/transit, or look into renting some off-site parking if possible, as parking in this area can be very challenging, as I found out! You will need a car, as it's a 30 minute walk into town, plus it's in an industrial area, so not the nicest place.
But, it is a very decent place to stay, if on a budget. Would recommend. "

"When booking they told us we’d have parking get there and they told us no so had to keep feeding a meter. The sink wouldn’t drain. Asked for towels in the morning and then after dinner had to go back and ask again. The suite was pretty run down. I’m used to EU mattresses but this was thin and the pillows was like sleeping straight on the mattress. The view was beautiful. A lot of walkable options for food/drinks etc 10/10 on location. But would not stay here again. "
