“The staff was excellent. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast was really good. There was a nice large breakfast area and many options for food. The cheese and sour cream should’ve been refrigerated though. They were left out on the counter. Lots of condiments. There were even grab and go containers. I thought that was nice. “I have never felt more unsafe at a hotel in my life. There were obvious drug deals in the parking lot, people partying outside my window, loud neighbors on all sides all night — the room reeked of cigarette smoke, the light fixtures didn’t work/were falling off the wall, the bathroom door didn’t close because it didn’t fit in the frame, cigarette burns all around the sink, chunks of the bathtub were broken/missing, hair/stains on the sheets, deafeningly loud heater, stained walls, corroded……

“We got to the hotel had our reservation i already paid for, wanted me to pay for it again, gave us the wrong room- one bed 3 people kept tell me the will fix it needed to talk to the gm and would call me back. Never fixed anything never called back. Hotel wasn't super clean as expected. Beds were horrible.
