「Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast. Could use more staff, in the cleaning department. Hallways and rooms needed a good vacuuming. Cheerios found in corners of kitchen. Pill on the floor of the bedroom. Tables in breakfast area needed wiping between guests. I think they need more staff. Was quiet and convenient.」

「Horrible! Never stayed in any place that was so filthy. Should never be rented out. No bowls or utensils. No screens on the windows but most did not open anyway. The carpet was so dirty it crunched when we walked on it. The beds were old and extremely uncomfortable. The ceiling in one of the bedrooms was sagging, cracking and appears to be close to falling down. Only 3 chairs for the dining table. 1 side chair and stool were too wobbly to use. Old food in the refrigerator and cupboards. The...

「This place is unreal! Nothing like I’ve ever seen in Detroit. The cleanliness, the decor and location is an unbeatable experience. The most valuable thing to me was knowing Me and my belongings were secure. The bonus was I had a 5 star brunch and dinner all within walking distance. The restaurant selection with 1 mile is incredible. 10/10 for sure.」

「We stayed in three of the spaces at the Millpond Inn for four nights while attending a family wedding. 「Stayed here for a guys weekend in Detroit and was a great location for us. Close to the interstates, downtown and Woodward Ave. We didn't go to an event at Little Caesars Arenas, however it was a very safe and short walk to get over there. The views of downtown were spectacular. The one car garage parking was great to have, it was a very tight squeeze for a full sized SUV (Jeep Wagoneer) but we made it work. The penthouse was very clean and modern with a good compliment of kitchen utensils and...
