We had a good experience staying! Everything went smoothly and the host was very pleasant and communicated well, which made me feel comfortable where we stayed. Everything was laid out and explained without me having to figure the stay out. It was a cozy place to stay!

We loved our stay at the Elm House. It really felt like a home away from home. The hosts thought of everything and communication with them was excellent. The town of Troy was so welcoming as well. I hope we can visit again.

A great older place to stay for several days in a small town setting. We have a small dog that enjoyed the walks in the neighborhood. The TV viewing room was a highlight with comfortable recliners and a big screen television with lots of shows to watch. There was a washer & dryer if you needed to wash clothes. Overall, a comfortable place to stay. Hope to stay there again!
