The Mon Groom team always strives to remain available (from 10 am to 6 pm, every day). You can contact us directly via messaging or by phone. In case of an emergency, a team member will come to your accommodation. Since no Mon Groom member lives on-site, immediate intervention may not be possible. However, committed to a quality approach, we will intervene within reasonable delays so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

Key Points to Remember:

1. Please respect the premises and the neighborhood. Your stay is in an apartment, not a hotel.
2. Upon departure, leave the place in good condition, as you found it: empty trash into containers, close windows, lower heating, and turn off lights.
3. In case of issues, our team will try to take immediate action, but note that there is no on-site personnel.
4. Cleaning is provided for the property's restoration, including professional cleaning and laundry. It does not include dishwashing, waste disposal, deodorizing, etc. Clean and store the dishes. An additional fee of €25 will be charged for extra expenses.
5. Sheets and towels are provided, and changes during the stay are available upon request with an extra charge.
6. Additional cleaning service is available for €50, to be requested before arrival.
7. You'll find initial supplies upon arrival. Products for the rest of the stay are at your expense.
8. Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee and subject to availability.
9. Non-compliance with the house rules (presence of animals, smoke odors regardless of the source, etc.) will result in a €50 management fee.
10. Heating and water should be used responsibly and according to the rules established by law. Usage is intended for the number of guests indicated in the reservation. Excessive consumption may result in a refund request for incurred expenses.
