「Contact with the owner was quick and easy. The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants. The place itself is very convenient, but parking is only available for hours when you check in and out, unlike a regular hotel: if you check in at 3:00 PM, you can park your car at 10:00 AM, and this very important detail isn't mentioned anywhere. 「Lodging accurate per description. The only heating was a gas stove and it was harder to regulate temperature, had to turn off at night to keep cooler for sleeping. Loved the extra toilet and sink upstairs in the loft. Loft bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed was too soft and very lumpy. The facility was very clean and kitchen well stocked. Would stay again (if the sofa bed was updated)! Walk to all the stores, restaurants, and gondola—so convenient!!」

「The room was perfect for a weekend getaway at Northstar, right in the village and nicely updated. Extras like the boot dryer and bidet were great. Had a few questions for the host which were answered promptly. If you are there for a short trip, keep in mind you only have access to the parking spot from check in (4p) to checkout (11a), so if you are skiing those days you'll need to use the general lot the first day & the last. Would totally stay here again, thanks!」
