Designed for both relaxation and recreation, it features multiple spacious decks. The main level's open floor plan is perfect for gatherings, with a 60" flat-screen TV and access to outdoor dining. The large flat driveway can accommodate a Wakeboard boat and the Private beach club access is a huge bonus for those seeking easy boat launch access on Donner Lake or just beach club amenities with all the bells and whistles!
The primary suite offers a Queen bed. A second guest room on the main floor provides direct access to another full bathroom. Downstairs, the Junior primary suite features a queen bed. The fourth guest room and another full bath complete the lower level.
