Great for families

Great location and beautiful residence! In the pines!

Small golf group stayed for 3 days and golfed at Northstar. Home had everything we needed and is in great shape! Everything was very easy and we would rent again.

Amazing home amazing location

This place was absolutely perfect for our entire family of 10. It’s spacious, clean and in a great neighborhood centrally located between Truckee in North Shore. We highly recommend this place for any group.

AMAZING STAY

My family of 12 and I stayed at this home and it was wonderful. The place was very clean and beautiful. The only con was you cannot get ahold of the property owners at all. Otherwise, we loved the property, has tons of space, had everything we needed and had a wonderful time. We would love to stay again 💕

Great House in Northstar

Very comfortable home for our large group. They even have fusball and ping pong in the garage and a large lawn and crochet available in the back. Our only criticism would be no AC as the bedrooms are upstairs and it was over 90 degrees during our stay.

Enjoyable winter stay

We had an enjoyable stay, the property is large and well equipped. Nice location on the 18th hole. Nice flat driveway with room to park in the garage which is valuable during a snowy weekend. Especially cozy house for a winter trip. The house is a bit dated, the den furniture could be updated and the shower fixtures could all use maintenance and/or updating. Overall we have a great 3 nights!

Excellent Family Christmas House!

We enjoyed the week before Christmas as an extended family of 10. House is very well laid out and comfortable & clean. Worked well for both adults and little children. Not a luxury property and could use a bit of love and attention to several small details. I would recommend it for other families and would rent again.

Delightful Thanksgiving Celebration

Our family fits perfectly into this home! It is well maintained and comfortable. We cooked all of our meals there and were sometimes stretching to have the right kitchen equipment. The beds are very firm. We prefer softer mattresses. There were wasps in the house and my grandson was stung. That problem needs to be solved. Overall we had a wonderful family vacation in this excellent home.

Skidder Trail Property

Overall the property was fine. Very convenient to the Resort. we had two issues that were concerning. When we checked in there was a problem with the router equipment. We could not connect to the Internet .A visit by the cable provider was required the next day.( so no TV or heat. The thermostat is connected to the system. The problem was the lack of heat for 2 days. It was February and it was 62 degrees in the house for the first two days. Also a visit by the heating company was needed to fix the heater. The management company was good about scheduling these but it required someone from our group to be at the house while we were on vacation.

Nice house

Perfect for family of 10– rooms were perfect and rollaways worked well—- beds comfortable— great location—- rec center is super awesome— could use more trash bags and a few sharper knives—-back lawn nice for games— possible to label drawers?? Would highly recommend !!😀😀

Perfect Home for Family Ski Vacation!!!

Our family spent the week before Christmas, 2021, at this home and it was spectacular. The home is spacious and well appointed. I can't think of a single item in the kitchen that we needed and could not find! The decorated Christmas tree was a nice addition. In times of Covid cleanliness was of upmost importance to our family and again, it was perfect! The shuttle that takes you to Northstar was convenient and the drivers were great. Once you booked a ride on the App it gave information in real time as to arrival times so you were not standing outside for long periods of time. This home is perfect for a large family vacation and if we lived closer would not hesitate to book it again and again! Thanks to Rod who was attentive to our needs being diligent to rectify a furnace problem and answer questions as an impending snow storm approached! We ended up leaving a day early due to Winter Storm Warnings that indeed brought in several feet of snow. Weather is unpredictable, but if you want perfect home for a winter or summer vacation this one is tops!

Perfectly located and stocked!

Had a great time at this property this weekend. Unfortunately the atmosphere wasn’t accommodating but this property was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. We were able to spend 98% of our stay in the vacation rental happily. This place was spacious and kitchen supplies were endless. Thanks for a great time!

Great place!

We all really liked this place! Came here with 2 families. Super clean, well stocked and well organized home. It's very spacious and comfortable. Definitely a huge plus that there is a master bedroom as well as another large bedroom with it's own private bath. The other bedrooms are also a good size so no one felt like they were short changed. Linens & towels felt clean, fresh and new. Owners clearly care about their home and make sure you have plenty of dishes, pots, pans, waffle maker, griddle, etc. that you need for all your cooking needs. Well maintained and we felt right at home. Cannot say enough about this place and would definitely recommend!
