Set within the desirable Tahoe Donner Community, this cabin has been thoughtfully upgraded with a modern open kitchen featuring new appliances and updated bathrooms with heated flooring. The bright and spacious open living area is warmed by a gas stove and has a new sofa and a TV for streaming shows using your login credentials. The beautifully updated kitchen beckons home chefs to play. Gather for memorable meals at the eight-seat dining area.

The enormous deck is ideal for breathing in the lovely fresh alpine scent, relaxing in the natural shade of the towering pines, and rejuvenating in the private hot tub. Enjoy access to a variety of resort-style amenities at the Tahoe Donner Trout Creek Recreation Center, located less than a mile from your door.

Things to Know
Tahoe Donner guest passes allow four people per pass to access the recreation facilities, for a total of eight people. A $20 fee per person/per day will apply. Children under the age of 7 are free.
While chains are required in all vehicles in winter, a 4x4 or equivalent is recommended.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
