Loved the location of this condo! Was hiking distance to the Ritz, the club house pool, and a great trails! I didn't realize the condo did not have location, but was able to buy fans to keep the place cool even during 90 degree days! We look forward to going back to ski this winter!

Location was great and the Tree House was a definite plus for family activities, swimming, working out, relaxing, etc. The listing said no AC in house but didn't notice. Not too big a deal however in August and with wild fire smoke not ideal.

This property was pinned in downtown Truckee and that what we were looking for and why we selected the property even though no reviews. The property was in a dissected ski resort a 11 min drive to coffee and 25 to Truckee. The property is not air conditioned and has no fans. We were not too comfortable at night. Property had not been used since ski season so a little buggy but host responsive. PIN location still wrong we received no compensation.

Not as pictured and not worth the money. Front door was broken and we were locked out upon our arrival (staff said they are in the process of replacing, but they never came by during our four day stay), hot tub at club house was broken (also in process of repairs, told repairs would happen next week). Areas of the house are “off limits” and locked to guest such as back patio with gas fire pit and game room bunk beds. Also house was extremely hot upon arrival (out of proportion to previous rentals we've rent during Tahoe summer) because prep crew did not follow rental's company's own advice on keeping blinds and curtains closed during day since home is without AC. Little things were broken in the house like the large light in master bedroom. I've personally never left a bad review on a rental but when dealing with these issues Tahoe getaways simply just said sorry, we're not liable. Would not book this home or with Tahoe getaways in the future. There is better quality out there.
