This beautiful home offers all the amenities anyone would need for a family vacation.A family reunion brought us to Truckee with our adult children and grandchildren. This home is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and full of bedrooms with comfy beds & great linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The kids room with two sets of bunk beds and the game room were hits with the kids and adults too.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this home again!

The house itself was beautiful. It has a great layout for a couple of families and pets. Each room on its own thermostat and some with their own bath. The bathrooms and kitchen were very well appointed. Probably more than any rental we have been in before. And all utilities, fireplaces, and fixtures worked perfectly. It is a 10 minute ride to downtown Truckee and Northstar resort. Also a nice bike path out back.

We have stayed at this property several times and will definitely be back again! Hands down best property we’ve ever rented in Truckee. The home itself is gorgeous - with high ceilings, large bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and more. There’s so much to do in the house - games for all ages, books, a gaming console upstairs and a game room in the garage. The owner/property manager has thought of everything! There’s even kid-friendly dinnerware, booster seats and a pack ‘n play. We will likely plan our next Truckee vacation around the availability of this house because we love it that much :)

This house was amazing. We had a group of 11 and it was such a relaxing, beautiful, and peaceful scene. House was very clean. Directions were easily accessible online and in a binder at the house, and very clear. Backyard seating area was nice, with a fire pit, table, hot tub, and BBQ. We had 11 people and half the group was able to have their own rooms. I liked that the bunk beds were queens (perfect for adults). There were ample extra amenities which was very helpful; many beach chairs, towels, kids toys, blankets, coolers/ice chests, and even baby gear (pack n play, mattress, etc.). Huge closet spaces. Only suggestions would be: 1) to have more kitchen pantry essentials stocked (I.e., olive oil, flour, sugar, baking/cooking essentials, etc.). 2) better communication with property manager. It took almost 6 hours to reach someone via VRBO text app, but was due to a slow connection. I called the office 3 time and got a voicemail, as they were off-site. The property manager was able to reach me by email which was much quicker communication, and my issue was resolved quickly. 3) storage/clothing storage for bunk bed room (no closet in this room) All in all, I would highly recommend this property. Beautiful house and great experience overall! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Wonderful experience and had three people with walkers and one that was blind. They all felt very comfortable in this home. Also had young adults that loved the game room. Everyone had their own space to have fun.

The layout of the house was perfect for several adults and the outdoor areas were great. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the house was well appointed. There were a few negatives. The throw pillows were dirty and torn. The rugs and carpets need to be cleaned and the rug in the family room is a trip hazard with the ends curling up.

The house was designed and constructed nicely. The rooms are spacious. The open living/kitchen area is perfect for the family gathering. It is located in a quiet woody area with pine trees surrounding the house and neighborhood. It is about 20 mins drive to Central Truckee downtown with Safeway and other stores. The appliance and other equipments are mostly functional but some of them are old and not well maintained. The carpets are badly beat-up. The bedrooms are spacious. Beds are OK in general although personally I wish they are newer and firmer. Kitchen is well stocked with equipments and silverwares. But inside the cabinets are not cleaned well. The property manager was super responsive and sent handyman to fix a minor issue right away. Overall our family had a positive experience here.

This property was even better than we expected! The house is set up so well. The kitchen is fully stocked. There were games for all ages. And heated tiles in the bathrooms!! The owners (or property mgmt company) have thought of everything! Holly, the property manager we worked with, was so friendly and accommodating. She made everything so seamless and easy. This was by far the best house we have ever rented in Tahoe, and we’ve been renting houses for the past 12yrs. We will definitely be back!
