Good for families with young kids.
We liked the location and how kid friendly the property was. The listing says sleeps 8 but there are only beds for seven. There is a couch bed and we never found sheets. There were not towels for eight. Our biggest dissatisfaction was the listing saying there was pool access and beach access. We mentioned right away to property manager and were told there was a fee per person. This should be explained in the property listing. It lists activities and says some may have fees. I can see golf or bike rental or something like that. But don’t say the pool is accessible without listing how much the fee is. I saw nothing at the cabin with costs listed out either. The management did work this out with us but in the future it would help other young families I am sure, to know in advance. We did like having toys in the house for the little ones to play. It was nice having the deck secure. It was a nice welcome to have drink cozies, bottle of wine and a cap. We did enjoy our stay and loved exploring Tahoe and Donner.
