“It looked like the rooms haven't been cleaned and found a razor underneath the fitted sheet needless to say it was still in the wrapper it was under the fitted sheet roaches crawling around someone broke into our room and stole things then they wouldn't show the video of who did it or even cared to look person that we found out that did do it worked there but supposedly the only person that could rewind the tape and find out who broke into our room was the owner and I've never got to talk to him……

“The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested.”

“Good location. Polite and friendly staff.
Food stains on wall by dining table in room.
Carpet in room was wet in front of AC and window and for about 8' into the room. Reported to front desk. She called someone and told me that she was told it is from the windows. That means they knew it was an issue and rented it anyway. No offer to change room.”
