「The suite (or The Nest as I called it) was so perfect. Owners thought of everything. The place was exceptionally cleaned and well stocked. Location was convenient to everything for us and communication was superb. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you for letting us stay.」

「Stayed here with 2 teens, spouse, and grandparent. The apartment is spacious and light and was the perfect setting for our week in Provincetown. Views of the bay are stunning. The hosts are friendly and responsive. The kitchen is well stocked with basics (and believe me we have stayed at some sparsely stocked kitchens in Ptown). Great setting for a truly relaxing trip.」

「Great place for a short weekend stay! Host was wonderful and accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs and very responsive. Was greeted by sweet treats and a bottle of wine right in the door. Good distance from things to do! Weren’t able to enjoy the beach due to weather unfortunately but it was easy to get to walking or driving. Would recommend!」

「My bestie and i travel together a couple times a year and chose the Cape for this year's adventure. We chose this location because it was right on Cape Cod Bay, 15 mintes from Provincetown and central to many great beaches. The room was very clean with no sandy floors or musty smells. Shower sparkled, towels were clean, fluffy and absorbent and sheets were crisp and clean. Heat and A/C were needed (crazy weather) and both worked without issue. Just a lovely place that completely met our needs....

「Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it.」

「This spot was perfect for our weekend getaway. Clean and comfortable, it provided us a comfortable spot to get some work done in-between the events we were attending. Host was very responsive to contact when we arrived and checkin/out was smooth and simple. Would definitely stay again!」

「I would definitely stay here again. Located right in the heart of Provincetown, it was very easy to walk to wherever we wanted to go. The condo itself was cozy and clean.」

「My sister and I were met by Todd and we were shown room 3. Very nice and helpful. This is probably the room where the property pictures were taken and it is breathtaking. The direct beach access had plenty of seating as well as the 2 firepit areas. Will stay here again for sure.」

「Everything was perfect - the room was in very good condition, all supplies were furnished except bring your own food (towels, linens, kitchen utensils and dishes), and the wifi and TV worked fine. The location on the beach could not have been better. The only thing is that the pin pad keyless entry system was way too fussy and nearly always required 3 or more attempts to open the door (at least one other had this same comment).」

「The location of the Sandbars Inn was extremely convenient; just 10 minutes to down town Provincetown. The key-code pad lock was a really nice feature so we did not need to worry about losing or turning in keys. The room was a little smaller than expected, but clean and comfortable. I was impressed with amenities offered in the kitchen area (cookware, dish wear, silverware etc). The beds were comfortable, but the sheets/blankets were very thin so I would bring a few extra comfy blankets. I was...

「Great house...only comment is the driveway could be paved better...refrigerator needs an upgrade with ice maker and filtered water and kitchen needs a kurig. Otherwise we loved it.」

「A sweet little beach shack with an emphasis on little. Smallest of the Rosehill cottages. Looks out on the Corn Hill Beach parking lot with the dunes beyond, then the lovely beach. Great for off-season when the lot is mostly empty. Mattresses are too soft and the cottage hasn’t been updated in decades, but this is reflected in the price.」
