“Brilliant stay. Room looked exactly like the pictures - comfortable, clean…spacious and bright. The breakfast was delicious - omelettes, French toast, both perfectly cooked and the pastries are scrumptious. “This was the cutest little bed and breakfast. The house was absolutely adorable. I would love to stay again however my only complaint is that upon arrival it wasnt the warmest inviting feeling when checking in.It was a very cold here's your key. "AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
