The apartment is located in Rogowo in a modern building Rogowo Pearl 150 meters from the beach and 20 meters from Lake Resko Przymorskie. There is a kayak and water bike rental by the lake. The price includes guests using the facilities offered by the building, which include: swimming pool (open from 01.06 to 08.09) and gym. The apartment has an equipped kitchenette, balcony and roof terrace, coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, iron, dryer, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, washing machine. All beds have very high-class mattresses, large and small towels, welcome service, i.e. coffee capsules, tea, sweets, water. A security deposit of EUR 70,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed.
