“Best communication ever. Messages were prompt, thorough, detailed, accurate, and so helpful. The location could be better. The room was fantastic. The only reason you might not stay is no elevator and lots of stairs. But if you can handle stairs this was excellent choice. We also appreciated being able to wash clothes and laundry pods provided. Clothes dried quickly on drying racks. We bought a few groceries at the store and cooked breakfast in the kitchenette. The coffee was also very good.……

“The apartment was completely fresh, it still had that new smell. Fixtures and fittings were as pictured and nice and contemporary. The shower was a little awkward with being half enclosed, half wet room and did spill water out onto the floor. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows and the air conditioning was a god send whilst there during a heatwave and was super quiet. The triple glazed windows also keep out any noise from the street below, we couldn't hear a thing when closed. The……

“The property was very clean and very secure. Having the full kitchen available was very convenient, particularly since the refrigerator was very cold, which I have discovered is relatively rare while traveling in Poland:-) the immediate area is not very walkable as far as having access to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, but Ubers and taxis are very inexpensive and we have no issues getting around.”

“Was hard to find as there is no sign saying what it is or where it’s is. We met the cleaners there and organized for key as the host did not answer any of our calls or text messages until after the check in time.”

“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”
