“Check-in requested downstairs due to a recent surgery. I was told no, even though my receipt showed a downstairs room. Magnetic key stopped working, when I went to the office to get it fixed, no one was there (around 2-3pm). Had to find staff. Room smelled moldy and toilet didn't flush well/water was brown. Took off toilet lid to see issue, back tank full of mold.
Then, over charged by $10”
